Phase 1Client provides project files (CAD drawings or related 3d files required) and desired camera angle to commence work. Client can share files by Wetransfer or Dropbox. We provide our clients with preliminary black and white (wireframe) images. This phase is important to confirm camera angle and to correct any minor architectural details.
Phase 2We then apply colours and textures based on your lighting selection(early morning/daytime/dusk/night). Our team are able to texture the building in line with your vision. Each element of the model is reviewed against your material schedule and assigned a colour and texure to ensure realism of the final image.
Phase 3In this stage all surrounding plantings/cars/people are added to set the scene and soften the image. Our team can work with detailed supplied landscaping plans, or help you develop a concept to bring your image to life. Final touches are added to perfect the lighting, colour balance and contrast before supplying the final high resolution image.
Phase 4Once the phase 3 has been approved, we will deliver the final rendering in a crisp high resolution (4000pixels) in JPEG format. At the same time, client make a payment to complete 3d project.
